Passionate About Systems Change Through Organisational Transformation

I am an experienced social and environmental sustainability consultant with 7 years of experience in the field. My passion for my work and deep belief in the power of organisational change bring me and others around me much needed hope for the future.

I started my career in social change with Muhamed Yunus (Nobel Peace Prize laureate 2006) in 2012 and ever since then I have been working in social innovation and learning about different ways of changing systems in order to make them more fair and sustainable. I worked for 4 years at Ashoka (the biggest global network of social entrepreneurs) where I designed and led network innovations in the education system. From there, I moved to Teach First UK, where I led a social innovation ideation and incubation programme.

In 2019, I completed a transformational Masters degree in Strategic Leadership Towards Sustainability in Sweden. This programme expanded my understanding of complex adaptive systems and provided me with thinking models and tools to design and lead social and environmental projects tackling some of the toughest challenges of our time.

Following my masters, I moved to Spain to build and head Glovo's social impact work globally. As one of Spain's fastest growing tech companies part of the gig economy, improving Glovo's huge social and environmental impact was a great challenge and learning opportunity for me.

I recently co-founded ReImagined Futures, a collective of systems change strategists and designers. Follow us on Linkedin for interesting content on systems thinking and impact at large.
